Mastic Beach Fire Department - Signal 13/35 at 149 Mastic Beach Road - It was said that the occupant was doing repairs when he went to the yard to get a ladder and tripped on his dogs coming back into the house through the side entrance causing him to
knock over a can of paint thinner that landed on the stove where he had water boiling for some tea. There were no reported injuries at this time.
