Mastic Beach Fire Department - 4:30 PM Signal 23 MVA - First on scene was Chief Mike Montella who had control of the scene and requested unit 7 to respond to a minor MVA with one injury.
Unit 7 driver was Charlie O'Connor with a crew of Lt. Tom Montreuil , Firefighter Steve R.
