| Mastic Beach Fire Department - March 14, 2004 - Scuba Training at Smith Point Marina Capt Gary Fuzie in charge of drill. Scene was person
fell off jet ski in water, Two witnesses, Robert & Jim, one of which was the brother said last seen about
20' from shore. The Fire Dept boat Marine 1 was launched and two diver's
were sent into do a search of the water. Each diver had a line tender,
Diver 1 Tom had Donna & Diver 2 Mark had Justin. Lt Anthony
Capersino was Incident Commander, Firefighter Bruce was the scene
information Officer, Firefighter Ken was diver monitor, Firefighters Dan,
Neil, Roy, Carlo, Vinny, George, Joe and Bobby all held different jobs on
shore to assist the dive operation. Chief Bill Biondi was operator of
Marine 1 doing above water search and support for the diver's in the
